Are you ready to take your trail running to the next level? Do you want to bulletproof your legs for tough hiking/backpacking trips. Our 12-week strength training program is designed specifically for runners who want to improve endurance, power, and injury resilience on technical terrain. Whether you’re training for a race or just want to feel stronger on the trails, this program will help you run faster, climb stronger, and descend with confidence.

What is included?

✅ Two In-Gym Strength Classes Per Week – M/W @ 5:30 pm 60-75 min focused on building lower-body power, core stability, and endurance.
✅ One Self-Paced At-Home Workout – A guided video workout to keep you on track at home or during open gym hours at Ridgeline.
✅ Weekly Group Run with a Coach – Train on local trails and get guidance on form, pacing, and technique. Thursdays @5:30pm.
✅ Support & Accountability – Join a community of like-minded runners to stay motivated and inspired.
